Step 1: Decorate the Rope
Wherever you want to place the mixed pick accessory (pine cone decorations, etc.) along the rope, separate the rope and stick the decoration between the braids to secure. Glue can be used as well.
Step 2: Add the Moss
Use moss to cover the spot where the accessory decorations were placed. Simply glue the moss right on the spot.
Step 3: Attach the Garland to the Tree
Create a loop at the end of the rope with glue. This will be the end that starts the garland on the tree. Don't make one long, huge garland. It's better to make several short ones.
