A fan of DIY Tools & Techniques shares an idea for making an adjustable height table saw fence. Learn how to make a fence that will provide support when working on tall boards.
        • Time

          Under Half Day

        • Price Range

          $1 - $50

        • Difficulty

          Moderate to Hard

        In this Project you will:

        Step 1: Attach Brackets

Attach brackets to the boards (Image 1). Use a square to make an alignment mark to keep the brackets straight.

Add or take away boards as necessary to maintain the proper support (Image 2).

Step 2: Attach Boards, Then Secure the Unit

Attach two boards to the bottom of the bracketed boards in the shape of an L. The L-shaped boards will fit over the saddle fence.

Attach the entire unit to the saddle fence.
