Step 1: Draw and Cut a V Shape
Cut the plywood to the width of the table saw.
Set the center of a framing square on the plywood's center line, and draw a 90-degree angle in the shape of a V.
Use a jigsaw to cut out the V shape.
Step 2: Align the V and the Blade
Clamp the V-shaped guide to the table saw, and align the point of the V with the blade.
Step 3: Center the Circle, and Finish the Bowl
Center the 1-1/2" circle on the blade in the center of the V shape.
Rotate the circle on the blade to dig out its center. The blade must be raised no more than 1/2" for safety.
