Sketch out the room on paper and determine how many wall panels are required.
Tip: Generally it's best to install an acoustical panel every 12 inches to help dampen sound.
Use a tape measure to determine proper location of each panel, and mark the wall. Install an impaling clip by applying construction adhesive to the back of clip and screwing each clip into the desired area of the wall. In most cases it is best to use at least four clips per panel.
Prior to installing each panel, apply construction adhesive to the back of each panel and press each panel firmly against the wall using your fist to gently help penetrate the clips into the back of the board.
Check to make sure each board makes contact with the wall.
