Make sure the wall is framed and ready for tiling. Use 2x4s and backer board to frame up the wall.
The tile will be cut to fit. Each sheet will be numbered, and there will be a pattern specifying where to lay each sheet. Spread thinset on the wall surface with a V-notched trowel (Image 1). Set tile into place according to the numbered order (Image 2). Press down firmly to set (Image 3). Continue this process following the order of each numbered sheet.
TIP: When ordering tile, send in measurements of the wall to get custom pieces made to fit.
Once all tile is set in place, peel plastic covering off the top of the tile.
When tile is dry, use non-sanded grout and grout over the entire wall. Use a wet sponge to wipe off excess. Let dry for 24 hours.
