Step 1: Snap a Chalk Line
Measure one board-width off the wall and snap a chalk-line.
Step 2: Face-Nail the Boards
Face-nail the first row of boards, then use a pneumatic flooring nailer to nail each nail into the tongue of the board.
Step 3: Create a Pattern
Create a random pattern when nailing and keep the boards from ending equally.
Step 4: Install the Trim
Install the trim by nailing at an angle.
