Turn the power to the sink area off at the breaker.
Clean out the area under the sink.
Remove the disposal system, then disconnect the line to the dishwasher.
Removing the old sink is the next step in installing a new one.
Shut off the water at the valve stop. Remove the water lines using an adjustable wrench (Image 1).
Use a long screwdriver to loosen the clips under the sink (Image 2). Move them over to free the sink from the countertop.
