More in Painting
Shannon Kaye purchased approximately $20 worth of acrylic beads in a variety of deep hues.
Clear beads are painted with turquoise glass paint; this translucent enamel will allow light to shine through the beads.
When the paint is dry, the beads are strung on wire.
Finally, the beads are strung in a random pattern on the chandelier. They'll add reflective color and add the crowning touch to the Bohemian feel of the room.
The room is put back together: the formerly bland white walls and mismatched furniture are now full of color, texture and Victorian charm, all of which work to tie the room together (Before: Image 1) (After: Image 2) (After: Image 3) (After Image 4).
