Place fabric wrong side up; place mixing bowl face down on fabric and draw around outline to make circle. Cut out. Cut two more circles in same manner, using a different size bowl for each circle.
Remove pillow form from cover. Center and pin the largest circle on front of the pillow cover, making sure not to pin through back of cover.
Thread needle with several strands of floss or one strand of perle cotton. Using small running stitches, sew close to edges of circle.
Center and pin second circle on pillow; stitch edges in same manner.
Center and pin smallest circle on pillow; stitch edges in same manner.
Replace form inside pillow.
