Prep room by using painter's tape to mask off window, doors and moldings. Place drop cloth on floor.
Measure and mark every 8" at top of molding and at baseboard. Two people are needed to snap a straight chalk line from top to bottom.
Position painter's tape on the outside of the chalk lines to frame the area for each stripe.
Next, add three parts glaze to one part latex to create a top coat glaze. Use roller to apply top coat glaze to every other stripe.
Fill along edges by brushing color in places roller can't reach.
Dab lightly using sea sponge while paint is still wet. Follow-up with dry brush, dabbing in places sea sponge can't reach.
Wait for paint to dry and remove tape.
