Drawer runners may require adjustment because of wear or simply because they were misaligned when the unit was constructed. Adjustment is a straightforward process of reattaching the runner.
Unscrew the runner, ideally leaving the rear screw in place.
Position a level on the runner, and use an awl to mark new mounting holes.
