Homeowners Brian and Tamara Coulson have a big space, but it's blah and uninviting. Licensed contractor Josh Temple replaces white cabinets with sustainable bamboo topped with slick new countertops made out of reutilized mirror, porcelain, glass and stone. A wall is removed to make the space more cohesive and a kitchen island, with attached dining counter, is built. Finally, the floor is replaced with linoleum squares made from natural substances.
