Leave Space(2 of 5)

Remember to allow space around your table saw for working with eight inch sheets of plywood. This means allowing for space in front of and behind the blades, as well as to the left side of the blade. It's usually not necessary to work past the fence so you can use the space to the right of the table for another tool, such as a miter saw.

The miter saw usually cuts long pieces, so it needs clearance from the front and back, just like a table saw.
