Jeff and Melanie bought a new house with an old pond in the front yard. Both loved the idea of a pond and had collected mountain stones over the years to accent such a feature. But the pond in their new front yard was overgrown and not working. Grounds for Improvement landscape designer Dean Hill has devised a plan to take out the old pond and expand the area with a new pond, complete with a waterfall.
