To clean windows from outdoors, try using crumpled-up newspaper (figure A). Spray the window with a window cleaner, and wipe until the glass is clean and dry. A squeegee (figure B) can make window cleaning a lot easier. Just spray window cleaner onto the glass, and wipe it away with the squeegee. Be sure to clean the blade of the squeegee after each pass. To help keep dirt and debris from sticking to your windows, apply automotive windshield-protector fluid.
