    Materials:

    10-inch candle ring
    Walnuts
    Pipe cleaners
    Brown floral tape
    4 taper candles
    Glue
    Moss
    Styrofoam block
    Thin green wire
    Ribbon
    Greenery and flowers
    Ribbon

To make this candle ring, first you make grape clusters out of walnuts. Take pipe cleaners and cover them with brown floral tape. Put them aside. Take a small nail and make a small hole in the end of the walnut. Twist and push the pipe cleaner into the hole in the walnut. Tie a cluster of these together and curl the ends by wrapping them around a pencil (figure A).

You need a 10-inch candle ring. Place two candles on each side of the candle ring (first trim the candle ends to make them pointed and dip them in glue before placing in the foam -- this will give them extra security. Using little green wire, add moss all around the candle ring (figure B).

Trim the moss up around the bottom to make it neat. Place a walnut cluster with the green pins on the each side of the ring, opposite the candles (figure C). Then, work some ribbon and greenery throughout the ring (figure D) to give the ring character. You can also add some flowers and extra nuts.

You can also make a topiary (figure E) with nuts. Just glue some foam into a pot. Get a branch and trim it and turn it upside down and insert in the foam. Take a piece of wet foam and make a ball out of it. Dip the ends of the sticks in blue and place the wet foam ball on top of that (figure F) and then trim of the ends of the sticks. Cover the bottom and the ball with moss and attach with wire pins. Attach greenery, flowers and pieces of ribbon attached to wire. Dip walnuts and almonds in glue and attach. Make it all balanced on the top and bottom.
