Leaf-blowers are ideal for quick cleanups of driveways, walkways and lawns. But these tools do more than just blow leaves.

The Air Rake from ToroB. is a basic homeowner's leaf-blower weighing about 3 pounds (figure A). This lightweight tool is perfect for clearing leaves and other debris from a yard.

Toro's Blower-Vac is a larger leaf-blower that may also be used as a vacuum or a mulcher (figure B). The blades inside the blower's base are used for mulching (figure C). Attachments to the blower include a large vacuum shaft and a vacuum bag for collecting leaves and debris (figure D).

The commercial leaf-blower has an engine that fits on your back like a backpack (figure E). This tool blows air at a rate of more than 300 miles an hour, so it's best for heavy jobs.
