Tip 6: Keep the vapor out and the warmth in. Polyurethane sheeting is great for keeping the moisture from seeping in; there is also insulation that's completely enclosed in a vapor barrier, which is nice to work with since it doesn't permit fibers from the insulation to fly around the room.
