In this episode of
Weekend Entertaining host Jeanne Benedict shows party hosts Pam and Ed how to take their guests to Provence without ever leaving their spacious French Country kitchen. The kitchen sports a massive island/bar area and most of the party will happen around this island.
To accent the island Jeanne and Pam create some personalized placemats with Provence-printed fabrics and fusible photo transfer paper. The hosts also evoke the feeling of Provence with two centerpiece baskets filled with dried flowers. A buffet spread features Bouillabaisse and Gruyere Croustades, as well as Stuffed Artichoke Provencal with Aioli.
