In this episode host Jeanne Benedict helps party hosts Mark and Wolfgang create a unique experience for their gourmet club. Mark and Jeanne start by beading platters and covering pillows with beautiful scarves. Guests will be using those to sit on during the party. The party will take place in hosts' dining room, but Jeanne decided to remove the table and make a low tabletop so that all the guests can sit on the floor and pass the trays of food. As for the food, Seared Tuna with Ginger Beurre Blanc, Asian Pork Crepes, Salmon with Asian Noodles and Banana Cake. Guests can take home all the recipes for the food in a cookbook Wolfgang and Jeanne created using cardstock and skewers. During the party guests can use a digital camera to take pictures of the food and tape them into the cookbook.
