Opera singer Cedric Berry just bought his first home. It's a multi-unit building, which he's turned into a beautiful residence for himself and his tenants. After completing several home improvement projects, he wants to convert a small patch of grass into an Asian-inspired patio area. The plan is to put up a pergola and then lay cement pavers. He plans to complete the space with a new water fountain.
