When Michael and Michelle Golland found a fixer-upper a year ago, they knew immediately it would be the perfect home in which to raise their two-year-old son, Asher. After refinishing the floors and tearing down the outdoor overhangs, the couple is ready to remodel a small guest house behind their home. The couple wishes to turn the cluttered space into an adorable playroom for Asher. The plan is to remove the old fixtures, rip out the linoleum and install new, colorful floor tiles. They'll also paint the room bright colors and add vibrant curtains to liven up the space.
