Peter Sanchez loves his home, but would like to do something about a partially boarded-up window that used to hold an air conditioner. His plan is to take out the window and install a door, which would also enable him to take advantage of an unused patch of side yard. Sanchez would also like to add a small deck outside his new door. Will his plan work, or is Sanchez taking on more than he realizes?
