John's youngest daughter--and Jimmy's goddaughter--is turning thirteen and John feels awful that she's never had her own special dollhouse. The guys decide to build her one and visit a doll exhibit at a local museum to take notes from folks about the kind of look and amenities a "dream" dollhouse should have. Inspired by the architecture around the neighborhood, they fashion this project after Brooklyn's beautiful brownstones. When John's daughter reveals that she's outgrown dollhouses midway through the build John is disappointed. Jimmy tells his brother to have no fear because he knows someone they can give it to who will appreciate its beauty as well as its craftsmanship.
