This episode continues with the building of the River Pass model railroad kit. Now that the substructure of the layout has been plaster-clothed and is complete, it's now time for the layout to come to life by adding scenery and vegetation. This is where the fun begins, because these steps aren't technical and the creativity involved is endless and personal to each modeler.
