Have you ever wanted to create a greeting card of your very own? Professional photographer Erin Manning shows how easy it is to make your cards stand out from the rest. First, she gives some tips on how to choose the best subject for your card so that it will have a personal touch. Erin then shows her student how to set up and light a home studio in which to photograph the subject. She and her student then head back to the studio where she teaches her how to construct and layout a greeting card using some inexpensive computer software. Next, Erin shows how to print greeting cards on custom paper so they will have a professional look. As an added bonus tip, Erin explains how to create custom postage stamps that will give your greeting cards a final bit of flair.
