Dean and Derek tackle a common backyard problem: dramatically uneven yard elevations. Instead of fighting that hill in your yard, why not use it to your advantage? Dean and Derek build an interlocking wall with steps to divide and enhance an elevation problem that is extremely common in backyards. Using Appalachian stones by Bolduc in a design that incorporates four different lengths and two different thicknesses, they demonstrate that a strong colorful wall doesn't have to be difficult to build. And with steps in the middle, it will turn a slopey, slanty backyard into a rejuvenated useful space.
