Jim Bemiller is an Olympic-level coach who loves to be outdoors with his equally active family. A career change means that Jim could be working from a home office -- if the Bemillers can reclaim the space from their daughters. Enter the Material Girls, who first did some major assessing of what stays and what goes. Then they worked with what Jim already had to create a masculine and very functional home office. In this episode, we learn how to make and cover a bench to connect standard shelving and add extra seating; cover plywood with faux leather to create a desktop; and sew pinch pleat drapes to add color and smart style to a window.
