A mini-spa now fills the space with a tanning booth and a five-person hot tub.

Johnny Rodriguez just moved to New Jersey from the only place he's ever known, beautiful Miami Beach. With him, he brought his lovely wife and 1-year-old son. He left behind his brother and best friend Willie as well as the laid-back lifestyle and tropical temperatures of southern Florida. Johnny's got a good life and he knows it. He is thankful for all that he has. But he'd be lying if he said he wasn't a little homesick. Hosts Tony "The Goose" Siragusa and Jason Cameron lend a hand to Johnny and his brother as they attempt to build a little South Beach Oasis in northern Jersey.
