An old empty restaurant kitchen is transformed into this "Urban Conversion" renovation!

Homeowner Erica and her mom, Mary, run a specialized travel agency out of one half of the large condo they purchased on the ground floor of a historic pre-WWI stone apartment building. The space was previously inhabited by a restaurant, Loretta's Tea Room. Now in its place we're going to help create a stylish new kitchen entirely from scratch.
In the final episode of this four-part kitchen renovation things really get dramatic. Host Paul Ryan installs a cafe door from the old restaurant. The cove molding is put up. Stylish new track lighting brightens up the kitchen. Then the crowning touches — top of the line appliances — are brought in.
