Homeowner Erica and her mom, Mary, run a specialized travel agency out of one half of the large condo they purchased on the ground floor of a historic pre-WWI stone apartment building. The space was previously inhabited by a restaurant, Loretta's Tea Room. Now in its place we're going to help create a stylish new kitchen entirely from scratch.
In the final episode of this four-part kitchen renovation things really get dramatic. Host Paul Ryan installs a cafe door from the old restaurant. The cove molding is put up. Stylish new track lighting brightens up the kitchen. Then the crowning touches top of the line appliances are brought in.
