Homeowner Erica and her mom, Mary, run a specialized travel agency out of one half of the large condo they purchased on the ground floor of a historic pre-WWI stone apartment building. The space was previously inhabited by a restaurant, Loretta's Tea Room. Now in its place we're going to help create a stylish new kitchen entirely from scratch.
In this second part you'll see a raw space that was once a historic restaurant start to transform into a finished kitchen as we install new flat-packed cabinets that are very affordable, we show you how to construct a table that is perfect for an island work space or to use for dining.
