Dean and Derek turn a regular backyard into a private putting green and rec room complete with waterfall, lighting, and koi pond. The Capodanno family loves games and entertainment - but neither their cramped interior nor their oddly-sloping backyard gives them the space to play. With the help of a crew of experts and 40 tons of stone, Dean and Derek construct a mind boggling waterfall that runs the length of the yard. They add a kidney shaped putting green that looks and feels like the real thing. It's one of the largest projects they'll tackle, but the transformation is worth the effort and the surprise.
