Eric Normington is a busy actor with a background in comedy. While his wife Annie is also in the comedic arts, their drab Los Angeles backyard has become the butt of most jokes in their household. They love having friends over to play games, but even the best acting can't entice people to hang out in the back. So while Annie's away on business,
Grounds for Improvement's Jackie Taylor and Dean Hill show Eric how to build a deluxe bocce court and give a new seating area a Mediterranean flair. From a scoreboard with a personal touch, to a unique playing surface made of elements from the sea, the bocce court is as authentic as they come. And what good is a Mediterranean-themed yard without a few special Italian privacy trees? The work isn't all fun and games, as Eric learns quickly, but the results are bellisimo!
