David and Tracey Dewhirst live in a quaint farmhouse surrounded by beautiful acreage. Family man David tried to use some of that wide open space to build a sandbox for his kids, but he filled it with the wrong type of sand, and in no time the weeds grew taller than the children. So Dean Hill and Jackie Taylor arrive with heavy equipment and a heartfelt plan to create not one but two enchanting sandboxes — one for each kid — and give the surrounding area one-of-a-kind lighting and style. While Dean introduces the family to kid-friendly sand that comes in all colors of the rainbow, Jackie shows Tracey how a few local bugs can give inspiration for illumination. From 200-pound rocks to pool playthings, it’s a sandbox makeover unlike anything this family has seen before.
