On her way to meet him, April stops at the Butcher's Block, where she selects several choice cuts of beef ... and gains some great tips and grilling advice from Mike the Butcher. In her grilling lesson with Scott, April learns how to whip up rubs and sauces that are nearly as tasty as the beef itself. At the end of the day, April bites into some of the tastiest cuts of beef tenderloin, ribeye steak and beef brisket to ever grace the top of the grill!
