Quito McKenna, a grilling expert and the General Manager at the Viking Culinary Arts Center in Atlanta, guides host April Adams through the art of prepping and grilling tasty fruits and vegetables. April begins with a trip to the supermarket, accompanied by entertaining expert Mark Ballard. After she and Mark have made a variety of tasty selections, April takes her finds back to the Viking Center where she and Quito whip up some tasty portabella burgers on an indoor grill ... then head outside to prepare an even tastier grilled pineapple dessert!
