The designers (David Beaupre, Samantha Gleisten and Michael Spatafora) take surf rock to a new level and rock out a studio apartment for a music-lovin' grad student. Cheap laminate kitchen cabinets become a desk. A wood door is the backbone for storage-seating and a thrown-out surfboard becomes a killer guitar rack for the homeowner's prized possession.
