Annie and Grant Rumary live in San Bernadino Calif. They've noticed a sag in their kitchen floor and are worried it might collapse. Among other things we find a dip in the floor at the refrigerator, minor foundation cracks, improperly installed insulation and mold. To fix the problems home inspector Rick Yerger will re-level the floor, install support beams, replace insulation, treat the mold and re-plane a door.
