First time homeowner Jenny Bursch rents rooms to her friends and co-workers Theresa McGuigan and Kristen Pilawski. All three are aerospace engineers, and even though its not rocket science, the hazards in their California condo don't have them feeling very safe or secure.
We find a sticking front door, a seizing lock, an inadequate lock on a sliding glass door and an inoperative lock on the bedroom window. Rick Yerger will show them how to replace the lock, plane the front door and add locks to the windows and the sliding glass door.
