Larry and Cathlene Gancars are wondering why their yard, deck and maybe even their house is sliding downhill. We find erosion under their deck, retaining wall failure, a hot tub drain problem and clogged gutters. To fix the problem, Wally Conway will help them backfill under the deck and secure the posts, add plastic sheeting under the deck, build a new bulkhead, clean the gutters and redirect the hot tub drain.
