Fran and Chris Kidd have a mystery right under their nose: their children's playroom is unusually musty and, they fear, moldy. Series host and home inspector Rick Yerger sniffs out the cause but also finds they are swimming in trouble with a potentially dangerous electrocution hazard. The repairs include jackhammering concrete along a stucco wall to create an exterior drain, adding electrometric coating to seal the gap around the swimming pool and installing a grounding rod at the pool pump system. Fellow home inspectors Wally Conway and Tim Hockenberry join Rick Yerger to offer more safety and maintenance tips on pools in your home.
