Patrick and Steven have recently joined forces in a small but cozy Edwardian apartment, but while Patrick, a jewelry designer, loves collecting anything from bird eggs to military metals, Steven likes an orderly place. They both love the modern furnishings in their stylish living room but agree that it lacks color and focus.
The design plan is to create a warm and luxurious look that will emphasize Patrick and Steven’s wonderful furnishings and collected pieces. The strategy: use texture and detail to create focal points that will give the illusion of bigger space.
