Cosima and Mike Crane are just moving into their first home, but this home comes with some pretty important history. Mike's grandmother lived here for many years and has left behind a legacy of memories along with 30 years of furniture and treasures. They are re-doing the entire house, but could really use some help on the family room.
Fresh Coat reinvent this '70s family room with a Shanghai twist to fit the way people entertain today. Red walls are added sophistication, and the wood-paneled bar is updated to invoke the feeling of bamboo for a more contemporary look. We'll also alter a few of Granny's pieces, bringing them into the current century and lending them an Asian flair.
