In the second episode of DIY's
Classic Car Restoration: 1962 Corvette Roadster, host Mark Lambert gets the restoration process started on the Corvette project car. Restoration mechanic Reger Schmidt helps define specific projects. Lambert and Schmidt repair the damaged, altered and rusted chassis frame. Lambert also defines the "rolling restoration" process and starts the platform work, including steering adjustments, the hubs and wheel bearings and the front and rear suspension.
