Host Kevin Tetz and automotive painter Nate Chase prepare our fenders and gas tank for painting by stripping the old paint and applying body filler to create a smooth finish. Then they go to a paint booth and paint the parts, also demonstrating how to create the '65 "restoration-correct" two-tone paint treatment on the gas tank. Harley-Davidson expert William "Dunk" Dunkelberger joins our host in installing a new handlebar and hooking up the headlights. They complete the electrical restoration by hooking up the wiring harness and the various signals, switches and electrical components.
