Host Kevin Tetz is joined by metal-fabrication expert Ron Covell, who demonstrates how to work with metal and create replacement parts such as a fender or gas tank. Covell uses an English wheel, a bead roller, hammer forming tools and a TIG welder and also shows some non-traditional custom gas tanks. Our host demonstrates the powder coating process, including bead-blasting to prepare the parts. Lastly he demonstrates metal restoration and buffing.
