Host Kevin Tetz and Harley-Davidson expert William "Dunk" Dunkelberger install a new drive chain (or "secondary chain") and then remove the rear wheel and fender for the primary chain and brake work. Then they inspect the primary chain and clutch and install a new clutch cable. Kevin then inspects the rear hydraulic brake system, discusses brake fluid specifications and uses a compressed-air tool to bleed the brakes. Our host also completes the brake system work by servicing the front mechanical brakes, installing a new brake cable, cleaning the brakes and installing new brake shoes.
