Guest Leonila Arboleda creates fun garnishes and food arrangements by carving fruits and vegetables. Leonila and host Jennifer Perkins will make flowers using a tomato and squash, add color to plated arrangements by cutting and arranging slices of tomato and squash, carve spirals into a melon making it into a perfect centerpiece that can also be turned into a vase, and finally, they will create a fun, decorative character by carving an apple into a turtle.
