River Hill gets a welcoming new entryway with landscaping and fence treatment at the head of the new road. Members of the Town of Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals are on site to inspect the progress of the project. They explain a little about the town's role in 40B developments and the need for affordable and equitable housing. The crew installs engineered wood clapboard siding and trim on the exteriors of the newly-framed Ranch and Cape, while inside there's a blanket of blown-in fiberglass insulation that will save the new homeowners a bundle on energy costs.
