A new prefabricated wall paneling system is installed to help bring the brownstone apartment back to its Victorian roots with a high wainscot in the kitchen and dining room. Bob and the crew show how to custom-hang a new traditional five-panel interior door, and in the tradition of saving space and energy, a new instantaneous hot water heater is installed in the utility closet. This unit will heat water instantly on demand, saving on utility bills and eliminating the need for a large water storage tank in the apartment.
